ANTIPASTI

Caprese salad. Garden fresh tomato slices topped with fresh mozzarella cheese and a basil leaf. This beautiful dish is drizzled with premium Balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.

An elegant arrangement of Italian specialties such as, marinated asparagus spears, grissini, fresh pecorino cheese, red bell peppers, artichoke hearts or other Italian treats wrapped in imported prosciutto.

Golden toasted crostini served with an assortment of flavorful toppings, including sundried tomato pesto, basil pesto, roasted pepper spread, olive spread.

A colorful combination of marinated mushrooms, artichoke hearts, marinated asparagus spears, roasted peppers and assorted imported olives.

MEAT AND CHEESE TRAYS

A combination of salame, turkey, ham, roast beef, roast pork, Swiss cheese, Cheddar cheese, smoked gouda and provolone.

All-time Italian favorites make up this tray. Wine cured salami, capocollo, sopressata, coppa, fontina cheese, provolone cheese, Rustico cheese and Cacio di Roma.

The premium tray includes cookies and pastries that will astound your guests. They cookies are made with love and care by real people, not factories. They come direct to us from small family bakeries in Italy and the U.S.
